Boris has already released two excellent albums in 2011 -- the Merzbow collaboration, 'Klatter', and the J-Pop Japanese-only album 'New Album', which contains re-worked versions of songs from TWO OTHER albums that Boris are going to release in the first half of 2011. One of these albums, whose release date has been pushed back to May 24 due to the earthquake/tsunami/nuclear meltdown/volcano/end of the world, is called 'Heavy Rocks'. The only thing is, Boris has already released an album called 'Heavy Rocks'. This is an entirely different album, with the same cover (only in purple instead of orange), and it was also named 'Heavy Rocks' because Boris felt that this collection of songs was heavy enough to warrant bearing the 'Heavy Rocks' name. Boris can be really confusing sometimes.
Anyway, the lead track from 'Heavy Rocks' has been released. Just listen to it, and quit trying to figure Boris out.
